My husband and I have been traveling for twenty six years . We were so greatly impressed with the MOST organized and professional service. From the moment we booked with "Casey". She is the most caring, complete and thorough customer service person. Not only did we receive complete emails regarding all information, but she followed them up with phone calls to make sure we were totally informed. It is very apparent that Jolly Trolley makes sure that their clients are relaxed, extremely comfortable(beautiful NEW vehicles) and arrive at their destinations on time. On our return trip from a recent cruise, our driver(Bill)contacted us on the ship to let us know he had arrived and was facing our beautiful ship. He was EARLY. But we were to disembark earlier than expected and cannot tell you our appreciation for his early arrival. Upon loading the vehicle, he opened his cooler and gave both of us COLD bottles of water. Both rides, to and from were terrific. Lydia(who picked us up)is quite fantastic as well. Arrived early and drove very professionally. Many drivers in the past would drive fast trying to make up time. Not so with Jolly Trolley. I was not at all anxious or worried and both drivers offered us a rest stop(well taken). I can definitely say without reservation that anyone wishing for the most organized and professional service to contact them. We will be extremely happy to use their service in the future.
