The World's Original Jolly Trolley originated in 1970 as the first tour transportation service in Rehoboth & Dewey Beach. Family owned and operated since 1992, the Hastings family purchased, developed, and have privately operated Transit U Inc. & the Jolly Trolley, building it into the iconic, safe and reliable service it is today in the Nation's Summer Capital!

As the local transportation industry pioneer, Jolly Trolley has evolved from a seasonal  trolley transportation service to a year-round leader providing a large diversified vehicle fleet and a variety of services to meet your travel needs. Throughout our expansion we have maintained our original mission statement "To provide professional, safe, reliable, stress free transportation". 
 

For over 30 years Transit U Inc & The Jolly Trolley have provided safe and reliable transportation service in Southern Delaware and beyond with fully licensed & insured vehicles, and trained & professional chauffeurs many of whom are former business professionals, firefighters, and safety personnel.
